I'm in Reno with the kiddies visiting with my sister and parents. We got BW-3s for lunch and picked up this crown for Sophie (calm down people, the BW-3s here is a family joint complete with games and kids menus! Have they all converted to this?). She's in love with it and is still wearing it right now. If only she could understand why the place has such sentimental value to me. On the other hand, maybe I don't want her to EVER understand all the nights I have spent at BW-3s enjoying spirits with friends!! I must also mention it was a little weird ordering a Diet Coke there today....I don't think I've ever done that!

Well, there is a first time for everything. You will have to check out the new 2 story BW on the corner of Lane and High the next time you guys are in town. They must have had some big giveway at the grand opening, because a day before the opening there were people lined up around the corner. Also, I found another BW today, while driving down 5th Av to go to Subway. I kept driving past it and continued to Subway, despite the temptation...really, the truth was that I was between interviews and had a white shirt on under my jacket and was afraid of spilling wing sauce on it!!!
How cool would it have been if BW gave out crowns when we were in college?
Seriously, where were the crowns and games when we were there? We could have had some serious fun after a few "diet cokes"! All the ones over here are pretty much converted to a kid friendly environment, balloons and all! Maybe they are just catering to OUR generation and eventually they will have BINGO, and the whole place will be handicapped accessible when we are all old and in scooters...
Give Sophie some wings and buffalo chips. Sounds good to me. Those were some good times.
