Sophie is doing really well learning words and starting to read them and sound them out. Tim was working with her one night, particularly on words that rhyme with each other. She's finally getting the hang of it and doing it with ease now. But, here's what went down the other night:
Daddy: Okay Sophie, what rhymes with cat?
Sophie: MAT!
Daddy: Good job! Okay, what rhymes with ear?
Sophie: (Complete with fist pump) BEER!
Who is teaching my child these things???
