Lately, things have been quite hectic in the Youngberg household. It always seems like we have a thousand things on our to-do list and it continually gets longer instead of shorter. Time seems to be against me as well since I only have two more weeks of break before I go back to work! Arrggghh! I love my job, but I feel just like my students when the end of summer nears. All the back-to-school stuff floods the stores and I avoid those aisles like the plague. I plan to make the most of these two weeks before all the real fun starts!
Anyway, I've had many stressful moments lately and yesterday as I was driving through the Costco parking lot and everyone seemed to be backing out, cutting me off, and rushing around just like me, I let out a huge sigh. And of course Sophie is there to say, "Mommy, just relax." Sophie always seems to find the right time and way to give me some perspective.
