Sophie's first night

So, Sophie spent her first night in a big kid's bed and I am willing to say the event, as a whole, was successful. She only tried to come out of her room once and I stayed with her until she fell asleep, which took a couple of hours because she was so wired about the newness of all of it. Once she finally fell asleep, I went back to our bedroom and kept waiting for her to tap me on the shoulder in the middle of the night.....thankfully, this did not happen....we'll see how she does, I have a feeling this transition will have its challenges!!!
